We prioritize safe and secure online payment methods, with all transactions encrypted using the latest technology. Payment for goods can be made via debit card, credit card, or instant EFT. If paying by credit card, additional information may be required for authorization. Failure to provide authorization may result in order cancellation. By using a credit card for payment, you affirm that you have the authority and sufficient funds to cover expenses. After selecting your payment method, you will be directed to a secure site to complete the transaction.
Goods are dispatched only after payment confirmation. Deliveries are typically attempted Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., unless otherwise specified. Occasionally, additional checks on payment or address information may cause delays. A signature is required for all deliveries, and goods will not be left in undisclosed locations. If you cannot sign for delivery, an alternative address may be provided at the time of purchase. Neighbors may sign for goods only with your explicit instructions. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier will notify you and attempt redelivery. If you do not arrange for pickup within five working days, the goods will be returned. You can request additional delivery attempts, neighbor authorization, or address changes by contacting info@sapadelcourts.co.za. SA Padel Courts reserves the right to reroute shipments and make further delivery attempts at its discretion, possibly incurring additional charges.
You have seven days to return an item, subject to confirmation by contacting info@sapadelcourts.co.za. Our return policy is discretionary, and items must be returned unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will not reimburse original shipping charges.
